
Join printmaker Nichola Goff for a One-Day Woodblock Printmaking workshop using handmade earth pigment inks.
The woodblock printing process creates a unique style of relief print showing the beautiful wood grain texture. Participants will go through the basics of learning the process from design, carving and printing on a press, to produce a small set of hand-made woodblock prints with natural inks made from locally foraged ochre pigments, giving rich earth tones.

Nichola Goff is a multi-disciplinary printmaker based in the Forest of Dean. Nichola works with earth pigments, printmaking, photography, installation and social engagement to explore the themes in her practice; connection, ecology and social justice. Nichola works out of her studio, The Yard Print Studio.
